Our Accessible Apartments at true Liverpool are designed with more space and accessibility. This option comprises of a sociable shared kitchen, dining and lounge area, alongside the privacy of your own 18sqm ensuite room. Each room offers a spacious private area with everything you need to live comfortably, including an ensuite bathroom and additional in-room features to support accessibility. Lifts throughout the building provide easy access to all floors and shared facilities, so you can move around the property with ease.

What is the difference between a studio and an apartment at true Liverpool

Studios give you total privacy - your own en-suite bathroom, double bed, study spot, and kitchenette, all in one cosy space just for you.

Apartments offer the best of both worlds: you get your own en-suite and bedroom but share the kitchen and lounge with your flatmates - perfect for meeting new people!

Can I choose my room?

Can I bring pets?

Unfortunately not, however we do have dog therapy workshops for those who miss their pets!

Is there car parking at true Liverpool?

There is no parking at true Liverpool, however over the course of check-in weekend we do offer a short term drop off and unloading systemthat is supervised by members of the true student team. After unloading, you can park in one of the local chargeable carparks.

How old do I need to be to live at true?

We accept all full time students over the age of 18.

Are any rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We have accessible studios and apartments with wet-room bathrooms. Just select one when booking or contact us for help.

How safe are true properties?

true takes safety seriously. We have a dedicated member of staff or security guard on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to give you peace of mind.

Our Electronic door entry systems, intercoms and CCTV ensure that everyone who lives with us benefits from the highest security standards, so the only thing they have to worry about is your studies.

How long are your tenancies?

Choose a 44-week or 51-week contract - whatever works best for you.

What happens after I book my student accommodation?

You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to complete your onboarding. From there, choose your payment plan, upload your guarantor (if needed), and sign your contract. Your booking is confirmed once your first rent payment is made!

Can I cancel my booking for free?

We’d like to reassure you that if life doesn’t quite go to plan, and your circumstances change, we’ve got you covered. You can cancel for free if…

  1. You fail to get the results to attend the University you selected
  2. Your VISA is declined  
  3. You choose to move to another university in a city where we are yet to have true Student accommodation.
